Whether it be a board meeting, a conference, a fund-raiser, a sporting event, or any other kind of event, the team is proactive in every aspect from planning to coordinating and managing the event itself.

We specialize in building complete packages around each event. These packages can include, but are not limited to, accommodations in world-class hotels and resorts, fine dining, on site hospitality, transportation, entrance to private tennis and golf clubs, and much more. Everything is taken care of for our clients and guests to create an atmosphere of complete relaxation and luxury.

Adrienne ErlickPresident
Adrienne Erlick owned and operated a full service event planning company in Beverly Hills for over 25 years. Ms. Erlick’s Company planned, implemented, and finalized all details of many sporting events for major Fortune 500 companies.

A few of Ms. Erlick’s clients were:

• Warner Music
• Warner Communications
• Motorola
• ABC Sports (Where her client was the esteemed Roone Arledge)

Ms. Erlick traveled world-wide with ABC Sports for major sporting events that included several Olympics, World Series, All-Star Baseball, Golf, Tennis, Horseracing, as well as Super Bowls and many other illustrious sporting events.

Tal Chesler Marketing Director
Tal Chesler received his MBA from California Polytechnic State University. Since that time, he has been actively involved in the event planning business, with an emphasis in public relations and marketing.

Lily LopezOperations Director
Lily Lopez received her MBA from the University of Phoenix. Mrs. Lopez has worked in the event planning business for the past five years. Her attention to detail, from the first phone call, to delivering the service that our clients expect to receive, is professional and exceptional.
